Win With Clients
Developed an engagement campaign (2016) to educate bankers and motivate them to promote American Express products - primarily The Centurion Card - to their top-tier clients. To showcase the level of service and exclusive experiences that comes with a Centurion Membership, Win With Clients was designed to allow bankers the opportunity to unlock and enjoy the same Centurion-style experiences their clients enjoy as a Card Member. The tagline - Think Inside the Box - plays off the well-known ‘Think Outside the Box’ phrase, but turns concept on its head to push bankers to think about American Express' famous blue box logo.
I developed a verbal identity, reward structure and created copy for all facets of campaign; including brochure, save the dates, event invites, e-mail reminders, award announcements and screen savers. In 2017, the program was updated and re-launched to continue driving success for American Express.
American Express® International Dollar Card offers credit cards with no pre-set limit in US dollars to residents of Latin America and the Caribbean. I created copy for any and all communication that promoted and offered card products to potential and current clients, as well as internal communications for bankers:
